Q: How long does it take for custom items to be made and shipped out?
A: Custom items can take 2 to 4 weeks to be finished, depending on what the item is and shipped out. We take great care in creating each piece to ensure that it meets your expectations.
Q: Does Bearly Tamed have a physical store or shop?
A: No, at the moment we only sell our products online through our website and at vendor events.
Q: Can I send in my own fabric to Bearly Tamed to create a keychain?
A: Absolutely! At Bearly Tamed, we are happy to accept fabric from our customers to create a truly personalized and special product. Sending in fabric we can make a memorial piece so your loved one can go with you everywhere.
Q: Can I have both sides done on a sign?
A: Yes! We offer double sided signs but only with the rectangle signs. You can get Christmas on the front and New Years on the back.
